Easter Eggs
Through out Nitrome games there are many references to other games they’ve made… Here is every currently known one. If you do have one not on the list please tell! I have forgotten some though… so please comment!
-In Sandman the Hot Air balloon will be tied to the ground
-In Chick Flick the Hot Air Balloon appears sometimes
-In Chick Flick the Sandmen appear in the backround of the desert
-In Tanked up the Hot Air character appears on a wrecked plane
-In Gift Wrapped, Chick Flick Chicks appear on some wrapping
-In Gift Wrapped the Sandmen are dressed in santa suits
-In Off the Rails there is a water tower with the Hot Air Balloon on it
-In Off the rails the flying robot from Toxic appears
-In Aquanaut , Norman (Headcase) appears on some shell statues
-In Skywire two the Mole from Off the Rails appears as a robot
-In Skywire two the Chick Flick characters appear as a robot
-In Skywire two, The Roly Poly porcupine appears as a robot
-In Skywire two, The Pest Control fly appears as a robot
-In Skywire two the Square Meal monster appear as passengers
-In Small Fry the moon is the Cheese Dreams Moon
-In Onekey the Twang Ball is on a stone
-In Onekey the Square Meal Monsters are on a stone
-In Onekey the Hot air Balloon is on a stone
-In Final Ninja the Squid from Hot Air appears on a billboard
-In Frost Bite Two, Jack Frost is frozen in a block of ice
-In Frost Bite Two a Magneboy snowman is sitting in some levels
-In Frost Bite Two a Square Meal Monster is a snowman
-In Frost Bite Two the Icebreaker Viking is frozen in ice
-In Frost Bite Two the Newspaper has an article on Skywire
-In Frost Bite Two in the Christmas Tree from Gift Wrapped appears
-In Glassworks, Mother from Toxic Two is in the backround
-In Rustyard, Magneboy is buried in the dirt
-In Final Ninja Zero, Monty (Dirk Valentine) will contact accidently
-In Cosmic Cannon the Moon from Cheese Dreams appears
-In Cosmic Cannon the Hot Air Balloon will appear as a ball-
-In Cosmic Cannon the Green Knucklehead will appear sometimes
-In Cosmic Cannon the Chick from Chick Flick frequently appears
-In Cosmic Cannon the Ball from Twang appears once in a while
-In Double Edged on level ten the Cat from Twin Shot is a statue
-In Castle Corp the Magic book has the Magician from Magic Touch

‘In Glassworks, Mother from Toxic Two is in the backround’ isn’t true and in Castle Corp the chests with items in it are from mutiny.

Haha I haven’t got there in Parasite 😛 But I dunno if its an egg… maybe just a glitch. Like in Cheese Dreams where you can go into a humongously long walk in level 17 or 18 🙂

i think that glitches shloud apply to eggs, i have found a coulple in mutiple games like in rustyard lv 8 you can pull the moveable bock of the socket 🙂

Nitrome glitches should lead to ester eggs. Glithes are rare, so they should lead to new games. Nitrome should make games come from both easter eggs and glitches. Glitches are hard to find and players should be rewarded with that.

In Ice Breaker Red Clan the hammer looks like the one in double edged and the blue ladys look like the maidens in graveyard shift.
In skywire 2 one passenger looks like a viking from icebreaker
In Cosmic Cannon the cannon looks like one used o=in cheese dreams
In frost bite 2 the yeti from snow drift is frozen
The flies in skywire 2 are also the same in feed me
And in aquanaut its not norman, its the fruit chopper guy from pixel pop and he also appears on the treasure chest.

Also when the player is introduced to the hammer the guy says STOP, HAMMER TIME! And the hammerhead sharks in mutiny (Level 13) say the same thing when they win
In mirror image the skull is the same as the bull’s when it dies.
And the treasure chests from castle corp are the same in mutiny

Actually, in Aquanaut, it’s Norman’s Head as statues and on the chest. Normans head is a lot bigger then the Fruit Chopper Guy. I also found out one more thing, in a level in Feed Me (I wrote it in the “Cameos” section of the wiki) the trees from Sandman appear (Only Green).
